The short terms for using this site. Last updated 14 October 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by Mediant Partners Ltd, trading as Mediant Partners. It is registered in Scotland, company number SC889184. Its registered office is 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN. Its VAT number is GB526843179. You can reach us with the contact form or on 07386 421233.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What this site is
It tells you what our class booking system does. It is general information, not advice, and not an offer or a quote. We take care to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise it is complete or up to date, and we may change it at any time.
Screenshots marked “sample data” show made-up people, not real customers. Other screenshots show Explosive Boxing & Fitness’s public website.
Supplying the booking system
If we set the booking system up for you, what we supply, the price and the terms are agreed with you in writing. Nothing on this site forms part of that agreement or replaces it.
Ownership
The words, designs, code and images on this site belong to Mediant Partners Ltd unless it says otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and to quote a short passage with credit. Please ask before copying more than that.
Explosive Boxing & Fitness’s name and website belong to Explosive Boxing Ltd. We show them because the system was first built for the gym. Other names and logos belong to their owners.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as WhatsApp, Explosive Boxing’s website and mediantpartners.co.uk. We don’t control the ones that aren’t ours and aren’t responsible for what they say or do.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Beyond that, this site is free and informational, so we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on it or from not being able to use it. If you want to rely on something here, ask us first.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you use the courts where you live.
